In a regular situation, it will take anywhere from 6 to 18 weeks to receive your gear. Many factors need to be taken into account when expecting your gear. This is a part time job for me. I have a wife and 2 young children. On top of that, I attend college.
Your business is a priority to me; however, my biggest priorities are my family and my education. This is why I allow such a large window for your gear to be completed.
If you absolutely, positively need your gear by a certain date sooner than 6 weeks, please email me for a quote on charges for rush orders.
Absolutely. I never use thin spandex, unless instructed. I use "Jumbo Spandex" for masks and trunks, and I use "Rough Moleskin" for all other pieces of gear, including some trunks and masks as well. If you can find a thicker, more durable spandex than these, please inform me.
Yes. If you have your own pattern, I would be glad to use it. Since it simplifies things, you might earn a discount on your purchase.
If you have an old set of gear that fits you perfect, and you would like to replicate the size, you may send it to me to go off of. More times than not, I can achieve a proper pattern just by measuring your old gear. Sometimes, for more complex and specific patterns, I may need to cut up the old gear to obtain a proper pattern.
Yes! You may split your payment up into parts. Pay half up front and the ramining balance is due once your order is complete.
I will not order fabrics for your gear, nor will I begin to create a design for your gear until you have paid the initial balance.
You will recieve an invoice for all shipping charges before your item ships. I am not responsible for covering shipping costs or customs fees you may enconter during international transit.
I stand by the quality of my work. The design and the stitches are considered "my work". If a seam pops, or a logo begins to come off due to the designs stitching to be faulty, I will fix your gear UP UNTIL 2 MONTHS after you have received it.
If your gear gets a hole in it, or it wears down quickly, I am not responsible. Some fabrics last longer than others, and there are some specific ways to care for your gear. Many are common sense. I do not guarantee the quality of the fabric, just my work.
I create a pattern for each individual order. I make these patterns based off of measurements you will take when ordering gear. If your gear does not fit because of an error on your part when you measured, I will not be held responsible. If your measurements are proper, and the gear still does not fit properly, this will be handled on a personal basis. Please email me with fitting problems. I would be glad to help anyway I can.
No I do not. The cheapest and fasted place to get boots is www.MTZWEAR.com. I have personally received 3 pairs of boots from Martinez and his quality is outstanding.
Email is the BEST way to contact me. For now, this is the ONLY way I will accept new orders. I will not make my phone number public until we have reached a personal level of communication through email. Text messaging me also is a good way to get ahold of me. I normally conduct business from Tuesday to Thursday, and I rarely reply to calls and emails on the weekends.
If this is the first email you have sent, your email may have ended up in my spam filter. Most times, I do check this filter for gear inquiries. Some do not make it.
If this is a new or a follow-up email for gear, and you sent it on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, please know that I only conduct business for wrestling gear on Tuesday through Thursday. You may need to wait until Tuesday before getting a response from me.
If you feel that your email has gone unnoticed, please email me again to assure that I see it.
I accept Paypal only. You may sign up for Paypal at www.paypal.com, or you may use your credit card through Paypal without signing up.
First and foremost, do not get your leather items wet. It could ruin the shape of your mask permanently. It is normal to sweat in the mask but you must let it air dry in its native shape. Your mask will soften over time. This is normal and will actually benefit the user. As it softens it literally takes on the shape of the wearer.
I will gladly fix an issue on your mask regarding the straps. I am not responisble for shipping charges in either direction. Faulty rivets and velcro issues will be fixed free of charge. Misuse of your mask could result in damage of which I will not be held responsible for.
As of January 2012, I will no longer take orders for my Red Machine masks. This is for several reasons not to be mentioned, but includes artistic respect. You may email me about these masks, but I will regretfully decline your order. Please consider custom work!
